Our Sweet Event
Hey guys, just wanted to thank you all for coming out to the Restiform/Egadz/(n1nth)cloud show on Wednesday night. That was a huge success and it seemed like everyone enjoyed it. We sold out all but 5 of 100 tickets, and made $200 net, $70 gross after expenses (we actually paid the bands like good people); future shows are bound to earn us even more. Though it wasn't really publicized, we also had it running as a live web stream for out-of-towners to view (like my mom; she said it looked pretty good), and we hope to do that some upcoming events as well.
For a detailed account of the evening, I wrote a post for the North Coast Journal Blog which you can view here: NCJ Blogthing, and I think something will be coming up about it in the Lumberjack. The good thing about an event put on by journalists is its bound to be covered by the very same people. Go press! If anyone's got pictures I would love to see them. You can email me or post them here to our blog- that's what it's for after all.
Next event is (tentatively) set for March 4th: Rad Racket, Grandchildren, and Asa Ransom. Check them out.

DJ EGADZ
Here's a video I just found for DJ Egadz who will be performing at our first event alongside Restiform Bodies on Feb. 18th. The song is a reinterpretation of "What We Are Destined To Do," and it's bad ass.

First show- Feb. 18, Restiform Bodies (anticon)
Hey guys, JB here coordinating all your KRFH events. Any bands you'd like to see come through town? Let me know. As of now we have three shows coming right up:
Feb.18- Restiform Bodies (Anticon records- indie hip hop via Oakland), EGADZ! (electro via SF), and N1nthcloud (indie hip hop via Denver) at Big Pete's Pizza.
April 6- Christy&Emily (psych-folk duo via Brooklyn), and Indian Valley Line (acoustic americana via Seattle/Bay Area) at Big Pete's Pizza.
April 10- Astronautalis (indie hip hop via Seattle), Cars And Trains (electro hip hop via Portland), and Bleubird (hip hop via Florida) at Big Pete's Pizza.
All shows start at 10 PM and cost $5 general/$2 students. Hope to see you there.
